How We Work

Effective training, practical results.

We offer group instruction and individual coaching on an occasional or regular basis, depending on your needs.

Clear intentions, emotional stability, and healthy lifestyles benefit us at home, at work, and throughout life. Meditation and mindful movement can affect mental and physical health, energy levels and the ability to focus, and the capacity to meet the challenges of life, large and small.

We bring our knowledge, training, and talents to bear for our clients.

We provide insight, perspectives, and practical training,

We inform, challenge, and encourage.

Coaching

There are more books on meditation than anyone could possibly read. It’s so easy to find podcasts and videos online. In some cities, group teachings and retreats are available.

This is all wonderful! But sometimes it’s helpful to work with someone directly. That’s why we offer coaching as a way to focus on one or more areas such as acquiring specific tools and skills, clarifying intentions, and deepening the motivation to make changes in your life.

Results can often be seen within a few classes or coaching sessions. The effectiveness of training depends on many factors including your diligence in daily practice, a supportive lifestyle, and the motivation to make the changes you want in your life.
