We will explore various forms of tai chi and qigong, which are simple, gentle exercises that stretch a little, flow a little, and feel great! "No pain, all gain!" Sitting in attention reduces stress, relaxes and stabilizes body and mind, and leads clarity and insight into the nature of experience and the world.
