A weekly evening session of instruction and practice. Buddhist sitting meditation includes stability (shamatha) and insight (vipashyana). Gentle Taoist movement practice (qi gong) balances energy, releases stress, and promotes awareness in activity. The aim is to integrate body, emotions, mind, and activity. |
