WHAT

A weekly evening session of instruction and practice.

Buddhist sitting meditation includes stability (shamatha) and insight (vipashyana).

Gentle Taoist movement practice (qi gong) balances energy, releases stress, and promotes awareness in activity.

The aim is to integrate body, emotions, mind, and activity.

The small group size provides opportunities for questions and deep discussion
of any aspects of practice that you find challenging, confusing, or inspiring.

The group is suitable for beginning and experienced practitioners from any tradition. __________________________________________________________________

to BRING

Bring your meditation cushion or stool if you like.

Wear loose comfortable clothes. Bring a sweater or shawl.
