Everything Changes:
Awareness of Death & Impermanence

January thru September 2008

This group is closed to new participants.

What keeps you from living fully?

The ideal of eternal youth, the illusion of control, and the drive for success are some of the ways we blind ourselves to the reality that life is fragile and constantly changing.

In monthly meetings and daily practice, this group will use classic contemplative methods from the Tibetan and Theravada traditions to cultivate the experiential understanding that all things, including ourselves, are impermanent.

The benefits include a genuine motivation to be present in one’s life, an appreciation of the suffering of oneself and others, and insight into how things are.

When we understand that everything changes, and accept the fact of death, we can begin to live with integrity and wholeness, without regret.

This group is open to those with a consistent meditation practice.

Limited to 12 participants

Requires registration by January 5th
