Join us for a day of instruction and practice in yoga and meditation, exploring the stillness and movement that are at the heart of right effort and transformation.

Buddhist sitting meditation includes stability (shamatha) and insight (vipashyana).

Gently moving in attention (chigong and yoga) releases stress, supports health, and promotes awareness in activity.

The small group format provides opportunities for questions and discussion of any aspect of practice that you find challenging, confusing, or inspiring.

The aim is to integrate body, emotions, mind, and activity. These teachings and practices are suitable for beginning and experienced practitioners from any tradition, in any physical condition.
